What does an advanced physiotherapy session include?
A 50-minute session with functional assessment, ultrasound examination when indicated, TECAR therapy, advanced manual therapy, percutaneous neuromodulation if needed, and therapeutic exercise guidance adapted to your injury.
How is it different from conventional physiotherapy?
Advanced physiotherapy incorporates musculoskeletal ultrasound, TECAR therapy, neuromodulation and EPI to treat the real cause of the injury with greater precision and reduce the total number of sessions needed.
How many sessions will I need?
Most acute injuries are resolved within 4 to 8 sessions. At your first visit we give you an indicative treatment plan adapted to your injury and activity level.
Do I need to bring a medical report?
It is not essential. We carry out our own diagnostic assessment at the clinic, including ultrasound examination when indicated.
Does the treatment hurt?
The techniques are generally well tolerated. We always adapt the intensity to your tolerance threshold and the stage of your injury.
