Booking Policy

Behind every booking there is organisation and effort by our staff to look after every patient. We try to be flexible so that everyone can attend their appointment. If for any reason you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible as there are people who would be glad to take your place. Thank you for your understanding



CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY


For changes or cancellations at no extra charge, please give notice at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we will proceed to a charge of half the session price. If you have a pack, the pack session will be lost.
